Kundalini Meditation: Deepen your meditation practice

Kundalini Shaktipat Immersion: Kundalini Shaktipat Dhyāna with Diksha and Satsang
Just as a seed contains the blueprint of the entire tree, so Kundalini contains the full potential of your spiritual evolution. It is the source of all yoga, because Yoga – divine union – happens with the awakening of Kundalini.
After sharing this practice in London and Paris last year, it’s with pleasure that I start 2026 with an event in Aotearoa New Zealand, my home land. I invite you to come along and meditate together in sangha, and find what you need in this shared practice of divine love to continue your path with divine consciousness.
When: Saturday 28 February, 2pm – 5pm
Where: St Peter’s Village Hall, Paekakariki, New Zealand
This event is for anyone, at any level or with any type of practice, who feels a resonance with the teachings and the transmission that will take place. You may find it aligns with you if:
– You have an active kundalini shakti and you’re seeking to stabilise this energy or learn more about it
– You’re seeking kundalini activation in a safe and secure way
– You have a current meditation practice and you’re looking to go deeper
– You’re looking for new techniques, practices, and approaches to realisation, meditation, and the spiritual pathway
– You feel called to begin meditating but you’re unsure how and where to start
– You are a energy practitioner, yogi/yogini or yoga teacher and you’re looking to deepen your practice and your divine presence
– You feel drawn to this experience of divine love
This is a sacred practice, given in a safe space for the evolution of all present. There is no need for effort, technique, or force, as shaktipat safely attunes your being to higher frequencies, bringing about self-realisation. Once activated, the divine shakti herself takes over, and begins clearing dense energies which may otherwise take years to remove.
The event will run as follows:
Welcome with a short introduction into the transmission of shaktipat
Vijnana Bhairav Tantra practice to enter meditation
Kundalini Dhyāna meditation and Shaktipat Diksha
Satsang – question and answer session, sharing and discussion
Cost: $50 per person. Places must be reserved and paid in advance using this link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/kundalini-dhyana-meditation-and-shaktipat-diksha-tickets-1981073188235
What to bring: water bottle, comfortable clothing, flowers and/or fruits as an offering of gratitude for the altar. Please also bring what you need to be comfortable meditating for a long time, e.g. meditation cushion, yoga mat if you lie down, etc. Chairs are provided.
From a previous participant:
“From the moment I was in your presence I felt an absolute peace and comfort wash over me. The Shaktipat transmission you did was a truly amazing experience. I felt my whole being expand into a vastness that was never ending and yet it felt so safe and blissful. My whole being felt aligned with love. I caught the bus back home feeling like I was walking on air, I felt so happy. And I still do! The afterglow has not gone away. My body feels like it has more capacity than ever to hold the good stuff, my cells feel activated. There’s more space in my mind and body, thoughts and feelings are lighter than before the transmission, the heavy emotions seem to have been freed. I feel like as well that there’s a clear and clean breeze running through me somehow, the fog has been lifted. I am meeting my everyday life with more presence.
Thank you so much Jagadananda!”
