DESCRIPTION:The Breath-Water-Sound Program is a grassroots humanitarian initiative by The Art of Living Foundation\, designed specifically to bring trauma relief and stress elimination as a community welfare program. \nThe workshop is free of charge and focuses on three simple\, practical pillars: \nBreath: Using simple breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the nervous system\, dissolve negative emotions like fear and anger\, and reduce PTSD.\nWater: Educating communities on fundamental health\, hygiene\, and the vital importance of clean drinking water and proper nutrition.\nSound: Utilizing vocal relaxation and music to quiet a hyperactive mind\, release emotional blocks\, and induce deep relaxation. \nThe Main Goal:\nBy eliminating individual stress and trauma\, the program builds inner confidence\, combats local substance abuse\, and inspires participants to unite and work together on community development projects.
