It’s not limited to any religion or belief system and can enhance any path you’re already on. \nYou are welcome to join us to sing HU and discover what this sacred sound may awaken within you. \nWhat to expect:\n• We will begin with a short inspirational reading\n• then sing HU for 15-20 minutes\n• followed by a few minutes of quiet contemplative time\n• you are welcome to stay for relaxed spiritual conversation and refreshments afterwards. \nNo previous experience is needed.
