DESCRIPTION:Shamanic journeying will take us to meet with the inhabitants of the Lower and Middle -worlds\, power animals\, gnomes\, ancestral spirits et al to inspire and revitalize. Listening in to the element earth and her inhabitants\, checking in with those who share your home space\, clearing any stagnant energies\, offering healing in these beneficial\, reciprocal relationships. A divination practice to highlight where our attention is being asked to focus as we transition from winter depths into Spring; what may we call to transform\, bringing any shady elements into light? \nThe day will rest within the energy of the base chakra\, the earth element grounding and balancing. What is being composted\, creating nourishment so new growth may occur? Experience a dismemberment to release what is no longer serving\, return renewed and cleansed to emerge into the new season with a spring in one’s step\, embodying more of one’s true self. An exploration of the underworlds would not be complete without a psychopomp journey\, energies asking to be moved on in a spirit of forgiveness and acceptance. Contained in a ritually safe space\, experience the joy of release with these transitional stages.
