DESCRIPTION:Come and Sing\, Sound and Meditate!\nWant to mark the important time of the Autumn Equinox!!\nCome and join with us on Sunday the 22nd March for a group ceremonial gathering in Paraparaumu. \nWe will explore sacred conscious sounding practices to balance and align the energy system\, sing healing chants and songs from different traditions\, and explore guided vocal improvisation for freedom\, upliftment and joy!\nThere will be guided journal prompts around the energy of the EQUINOX and the whole session will finish with a full sound healing. \nEveryone is welcome and there is no need for any particular preparation or pre existing skill.\nPlease get in touch with any questions or to book.
