I have trained in counselling\, psychology\, mental health and social work as well as walking in my own spiritual journey. \nEach event will cover a new topic.\nThe group will cover……\n– I guide you on an adventurous guided meditation\n– Ways to discover your unique self and not only accept yourself but love yourself.\n– Peaceful and visual guided meditation\n– Activities to get to know yourself on a deep soul level\n– Meet like minded people and have peer discussions\, to share ideas.\n– Learning to listen to your intuition \nEveryone is welcome\, whether you are experienced or new to the journey.
