All this in a SAFE\, RESPECTFUL AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT. \nThis is a weekend of full immersive interaction with spirit\, your soul and heart. Bring comfortable clothes\, rain jacket\, yoga mat\, walking shoes for wet conditions and an open mind for learning. \nAll bedding and towels are provided. Each room has a bathroom across the corridor\, shared between two. Breakfast\, morning tea and dinners are all provided. On the menu we have vegetarian curry and soups for dinners\, porridge for breakfast. If you would prefer something different you are welcome to use the kitchen facilities. We also ask you to bring your favourite snacks and preferred lunches\, which can be stored in fridges if need be. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know.
