Sometimes we get lost and need guidance back to our true path. \nLife is a journey that shouldn’t be done alone. We are social creatures that have our own unique talents\, purpose and way of living to express with the world. \nJoin us and walk the path of truth. I am a spiritual life coach\, counsellor\, and spiritual facilitator. I have trained in counselling\, psychology\, mental health and social work as well as walking in my own spiritual journey. \nEach event will cover a new topic.\nThe group will cover……\n– I guide you on an adventurous guided meditation\n– Ways to discover your unique self and not only accept yourself but love yourself.\n– Peaceful and visual guided meditation\n– Activities to get to know yourself on a deep soul level\n– Meet like minded people and have peer discussions\, to share ideas.\n– Learning to listen to your intuition \nEveryone is welcome\, whether you are experienced or new to the journey.
