Held at Strathean\, a peaceful retreat nestled in the green quiet of Te Horo\, this is a weekend of voice\, sound and renewal\, designed to send you into the spring and summer with fresh energy\, power and self-belief. \nTogether we’ll work deeply with the voice. You’ll learn how breath\, a softened jaw and an open throat let sound travel freely through the whole body\, and how to find the note underneath the one you usually sing. \nThere will be healing chant and group singing\, immersive sound healing\, gentle morning yoga and a restorative Yin Yoga and sound session\, time in the sauna and among the trees\, nourishing food\, and space simply to rest and be. \nEveryone can sing.
