Otherworld communication and embodiment – inviting in the presence of the ancestors and spirit guides, both felt and witnessed. We will practice connecting and attuning via shamanic journeying and mediumship practice so one’s communication is vital and relevant. The intention is to re-invigorate your shamanic journey practice, and enliven and reawaken connections with both old and new allies. The workshop also focuses on energy body maintenance and boundary setting while navigating the shamanic and ancestral worlds.

To heal one must be embodied, and so many of us live in our heads, or above or away from our physical selves. This workshop invites us to be fully present, grounded in this reality we have chosen to be living in now, today and tomorrow. Practices to give oneself a healthy sense of gravity before moving onto the mediumship practices. These involve extending and receiving energies and information while remaining grounded, bringing in information through our psychic senses, including the fun stuff of psychometry, i.e. sensing the energies of physical items unknown to the reader.
