✨ Vocal Rebirth Retreat ✨
22–25 January 2027 · Strathean Retreat Centre, Te Horo, Kāpiti Coast

An award-winning midsummer retreat of Voice and Vision for women and men.

There is a moment at the height of summer when everything is in full bloom. The days are long, the light is golden, and something in us is ready to open.
That is the moment I want to share with you.

Vocal Rebirth is a four-day midsummer celebration of voice and vision. We will gather at beautiful Strathean, with its gardens, its lily pond and the Tararua Ranges rising behind us. Together we will breathe, sound and sing our way into the year ahead.

We will free the voice through breath, release and resonance, and through singing and chanting medicine songs and healing chants taught by ear and around the harmonium. We will also turn towards the future. Through guided visioning practices, we’ll create vision boards and bring those visions into sound, speaking and singing them aloud, so they live in the body and not only on paper.

Woven through the days are yoga and a heart-opening cacao ceremony, along with the sauna experience, healing sound and Koshi chimes. There is Reiki, and Reading available as an additional experience, and wel will all enjoy time on the land, nourishing food, and space to simply be.

Whether singing is already your joy or something you’re longing to step into, come and let your voice soar. This retreat is open to women and men who feel the call to begin the new year sounding their truth.
