Inner Child Healing – Shamanic Way

Inner child healing has been explored in many therapeutic and healing modalities. Each approach offers its own wisdom and light, helping people in unique ways. What truly transformed my journey, however, is the foundational practice within my shamanic training — Inner Child Healing. It’s not an intellectual or analytical process, but a deeply intuitive and feeling-based journey that helps us dive into the psyche and reconnect with younger versions of ourselves that may have become lost or stuck in time.

In shamanic practice, we understand the inner child as a deeply activated part of the nervous system. In other words, healing your inner child means bringing safety to your nervous system, allowing the wounded part of you — the one constantly on alert — to finally rest. Your inner child is your nervous system. When that child feels safe, seen, and loved within your body, they can simply be the child they were never allowed to be. At that point, you no longer need to constantly “regulate” your nervous system through endless spiritual practices — because much of what gets triggered in daily life often comes from an unmet or unhappy inner child.

Once you learn to create a safe internal space for your inner child to simply be, and allow your embodied, grounded adult self to take responsibility in life, you’ll witness profound shifts in how you feel, respond, and relate to the world.

In this workshop, I will share the foundational understanding of how inner child healing unfolds in everyday life. Through a guided shamanic journey, you’ll be led to meet or reconnect with your inner child and begin integrating a healthy adult archetype within your system.
