Welcome to a deeply immersive Reiki Level 1 training experience held within the peaceful surroundings of The Emerald Forest, This venue is our off-grid forest home where nature, healing & ancient wisdom come together.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing. Through Reiki practice, you will learn to reconnect with your own natural ability for balance, calm, and inner awareness.
During this two-day intensive training,
you will
Learn how to practise self-Reiki and offer Reiki healing to family and friends
Receive your Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 1 attunement in person
Begin your 21-day integration journey to deepen your connection with Reiki energy
Explore the history and foundations of Reiki, basic anatomy, chakras, and energy awareness
Develop practical tools to incorporate Reiki into your daily life and personal wellbeing
Dee is an accredited membr of Reiki NZ

Your Reiki Level 1 training includes:
