Create your own altar:
Altars give us a special place set aside for a time of spiritual focus. For meditating, prayer or insight; your energy thoughts create its specialness.
So, bring a board to place the altar on and whatever you need to create your special place. Stones, crystals, special keepsakes, artwork, spiritual photos go to make it unique. We will then do an empowering meditation to help activate its intention for you. Take a photo of it to then be able to reconstruct it at home. These altars can be for outside or in, your choice.
