Spring Song Healing Retreat

Spring is the season everything else remembers how to sing. The tūī are back in the kōwhai, the light lingers a little longer each evening, and something in us begins to stir and rise too.

Spring Song is three days to meet that rising in yourself, and to step into your voice in a new and empowered way. Held at Strathean, a peaceful retreat nestled in the green quiet of Te Horo, this is a weekend of voice, sound and renewal, designed to send you into the spring and summer with fresh energy, power and self-belief.

Together we’ll work deeply with the voice. You’ll learn how breath, a softened jaw and an open throat let sound travel freely through the whole body, and how to find the note underneath the one you usually sing.

There will be healing chant and group singing, immersive sound healing, gentle morning yoga and a restorative Yin Yoga and sound session, time in the sauna and among the trees, nourishing food, and space simply to rest and be.

This is the retreat I created to live up to, and to extend, the work recognised by the 2026 Prestige Award for Holistic Retreats. It’s open to women and men, and to anyone who feels a longing to speak up, sing out, and be more fully themselves.
