Monthly session of the deeply relaxing, restorative Journey to Serenity Yin Yoga and Sound Healing series. Held in Paraparaumu Memorial Hall on a Friday evening 7pm-8.30pm.

The sound healing is facilitated by Bryony from Heartsong Healing alongside an experienced Yin Yoga teacher, Bianca or Deborah.

Sessions are October 23rd, November 13th, December 4th and 18th. Plus twice a month from February 2027 through to end of June.
